ONLY New Couples and Single Females may submit an Online Application. Tabu is a "Members Only Club"

Applications must be completed with ALL required information. If they are not, they WILL be deleted. This means, Full Name, Date of Birth, Valid email address, Phone Number, City, State and Zip Code. Plus, we would like to know how you heard about the club.

If you are not willing to fill out all required information, then DO NOT complete the online application. Applications can also be done at the door and will require the same information.

All applications are downloaded every 15 minutes so please fill out on-line prior to your arrival.

Current Members: If your membership card has expired, you will need to renew membership at the door. No NEW application needed.
